We join in circles because our lives don’t move in a straight line and neither does our wellbeing. These circles create space not only for joy, laughter, play and connection but also for the stuff we push deep down and forget about. The stuff that prevents us from thriving in this life. Join us for transformative discussions, creative activities and science-based methods that really help us live our best lives. Here, we create a sanctuary where every voice matters, friendships grow, and we nurture our resilience.

I’m studying a PhD in Wellbeing, my big research question: what makes our lives worth living? I’ll admit, not an easy question. Our workshops and circles are informed by what I’m finding out so you can be sure it’s based on evidence! One thing I know for certain, the good life is different for everyone so we honour that. I want to help you find your own version of happiness.
