Yoga

Celebrate

Yoga is old. Very old. Thousands of years old. Let’s celebrate its South Asian origins and tried-and-tested wisdom.

Inclusive

Somewhere down the line yoga became about other people and other things. Let’s reclaim it
for our bodies and our minds.

For Everyone

Yoga classes can be scary. Here, it’s for all of us. LGBTQIA+, bigger bodied, smaller bodied, beginners, elderly or young.

Private Yoga

If you want to dive deeper into yoga or if you just prefer a more personalised experience, this is for you!

Community Yoga

This one is for us, to come together and create space to be. Space to find connection.

Queer Yoga

It can be extra tough to identify as LGBTQIA+ in this world. Queer yoga is for our community. Here’s a space to be in our bodies. To
heal together.

I’m Santo (he/they). For the past decade, it’s been a bumpy road trying to find myself and my queerness in all of the noise. Yoga has been there to cushion the ride. Time and time again. Reliably and constantly. I’m so grateful for the South Asian lineages that have passed this down. My life is a lot warmer because of it. I want you all to discover it too, so I completed my teacher training at Yoga Vidya Mandaram in India, and started teaching right away. I’ll never stop learning so let’s learn together.
